In the Valdinievole area, you’ll discover rolling landscapes, quaint villages, and castles that preserve the memory of past centuries and remain true jewels of art.
Upon arrival, check in and settle into your room. In Montecatini Terme, recently named a UNESCO World Heritage Site within the “Great Spas of Europe”, you’ll have time to enjoy the town’s timeless charm. Take a stroll through the leafy park of La Pineta, step into the Belle Époque atmosphere of the Tettuccio spa, indulge in a wellness treatment, browse local shops, or spend the evening in one of the lively clubs. Dinner is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, meet your driver in front of the hotel and head to a traditional farmhouse. Here, you’ll be welcomed with a short guided visit of the estate, learning something about wine and olive oil making process. Then, your wine tasting with light lunch including appetizers, homemade pasta, cantuccini, vinsanto, and grappa.
It’s a true feast for the senses: authentic Tuscan wines, aromas, and flavors in a place that has been rooted in the land since 1963. What started as a small family farm has grown, thanks to passion and dedication, into a winery appreciated around the world.
In the afternoon, return to the hotel with the shuttle and take some free time to relax.

MONTECATINI TERME – FLORENCE – MONTECATINI TERME
After breakfast, take the train on your own to Florence. At 11:00 a.m., meet your professional guide for a unique experience: a walking tour that blends art, history, and culture with authentic local food.
Your guide welcomes you in Piazza Duomo, where the journey begins with the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and its Monumental Complex. From here, stroll through the streets of the historic center, discovering Florence as a living blend of heritage and gastronomy.
First stop: a traditional wine shop, where you’ll enjoy a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta, and a glass of Chianti wine.
Next, in the medieval Dante’s district, taste the iconic lampredotto, a humble yet beloved Florentine specialty. To end on a sweet note, savour artisanal gelato, choosing two flavors that combine tradition with innovation in true Florentine style. At the end of the tour, return by train to Montecatini.

MONTECATINI TERME – SIENA - SAN GIMIGNANO & CHIANTI – MONTECATINI TERME
After breakfast, set off on a full-day escorted tour through the heart of Tuscany with convenient roundtrip shuttle service.
First stop: Siena, a city of medieval beauty, with its Gothic Cathedral and the famous Piazza del Campo, home of the historic Palio horse race. Stroll the narrow streets, admire elegant palaces, and soak in the lively atmosphere. You may also join an optional guided tour. Continue to Monteriggioni, a perfectly preserved walled village that feels frozen in time. Next, visit San Gimignano, the “Town of Towers,” with its UNESCO-listed centre, artisan shops, and breathtaking countryside views.
Finally, relax in the Chianti region, enjoying wine tasting and local flavours at a traditional estate. Return to Montecatini in the evening.
